Holly J. Horn is the Sr. Vice President and COO of CSI Group in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, one of the oldest and largest Asset Investigation and Recovery Agencies in the Central Plains area.
Holly has been with CSI Group for over 21 years and has held every position within the company gaining an enormous amount of “hands on experience”. She is the executive secretary of the Oklahoma Collectors Association and also serves as their membership chairperson.
Holly is active in all phases and divisions of CSI Group and works directly with clients on a daily basis. Having attended numerous ACAI classes she has been recognized by ACA International as a SME (subject matter expert) on laws regarding FCRA-FACTA and E-Oscar.
